Whether the project is large or small, Seattle Housewrights will complete your project through comprehensive planning, design, open communication, and site evaluation.  We recognize that every job is indeed custom, requiring diligent planning, constant supervision and communication with you about the progress.

Design:
In the initial design phase, we will work with you and the designer or architect of your choice, to review conceptual drawings, technical drawings for building permits and finally working drawings for materials.  Alternatively, if you do not have an architect or designer in mind, we will be happy to provide you a referral to a highly recommended design professional.   By partnering together throughout this process, we can ensure that we are helping you make the decisions that will keep you within your planned budget while meeting your functional needs. From hand-selecting the materials used in your project, to revising plans to meet your specific needs, we will make sure you are satisfied with the project every step of the way.

Build:
A dedicated Project Lead will be provided on your project to oversee the progress for your project and to ensure all of the details are attended to, ensuring the quality we promise. The Project Lead holds primary responsibility for coordination of each phase of the project including coordinating trade partners, ensuring materials are ordered and on site, while maintaining both your budget and peace of mind.  The Seattle Housewrights team adheres to strict guidelines concerning daily and weekly site clean-ups, as well as respecting the environment of the homeowner and neighborhood. Our reputation for superior remodeling is based on our commitment to service and belief that quality is always the first consideration.
